Sergeant Kay has been serving with the Spearman Police Department since August 2006 with some prior law enforcement at Lipscomb County Sheriff's Office. Sgt Kay holds an Intermediate Peace Officer's License, is an Intoxilyzer Operator, Hostage Negotiator and attended the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation. She was first promoted as Corporal in Feb. 2007 and then later promoted to Sergeant in June 2011.
